RigLedger is a subscription software service for tracking trucking loads, fuel, expenses and estimated taxes. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
New accounts require an active subscription of $9.99 per month (or $99 per year) billed through Stripe to access the service. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You own the load, fuel and expense records you enter. We store them solely to provide the service to you and do not sell them. You can export your ledger at any time as CSV or PDF.
Tax, per-diem and IFTA figures shown in RigLedger are estimates for planning purposes only. Always confirm filings with a licensed tax professional and your state IFTA authority.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, RigLedger is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
