Account details (name, email, hashed password), the trucking records you enter (loads, fuel stops, expenses, notes), subscription status, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.
Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only a Stripe customer/subscription reference to manage your plan.
To provide and secure the service, calculate your dashboard metrics, send transactional emails such as password resets, and process your subscription. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
You may access, correct, export (CSV/PDF) or delete your data at any time from within the app. To delete your account entirely or exercise rights under GDPR, CCPA or similar laws, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Records are kept while your account is active. Password-reset tokens expire within one hour. Deleted data is removed from active systems promptly and from backups within a reasonable period.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use short-lived httpOnly cookies, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.
We use only essential cookies required for signing you in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
